The Lights

While Martha and I waited for Nancy, to arrive, we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the lobby of The Roosevelt Hotel; this impressive chandelier caught my eye.

Our Room

The 3 of us shared this very comfortable room.

The Manhattan Center

We arrived at The Manhattan Center at 6:60, we stopped along the way to get an orchid corsage for Dr. Noonan. We also brought the poster we had made, and the book ‘ A Tribute to Jacqueline A. Noonan, M.D. .

We walked the red carpet

As we walked the red carpet we knew we had arrived! The Manhattan Center first built as the Manhattan Opera House by Oscar Hammerstein in 1906.

THe Honoree

This picture of Dr. Noonan, on the marquee, was one I took on a trip to Boston last year.

In her honor

On behalf of The Noonan Syndrome Support Group, Inc. we presented Dr. Noonan with the poster and 2 copies of the book that we had made in her honor.

Dr. Noonan loved her poster. She took one home, and the Executive Vice President of Health Affairs at the UK health Care also asked for a copy of the poster, to be hung in the new hospital.

We stood in the rain

On Wednesday morning Nancy, Marth and I walked to the NBC Today show. We stood outside in the rain waiting for our chance to tell the world about Dr. Noonan's Lifetime achievement award.
